What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect only what you enter: your name, email and/or phone number, the service you are interested in, your preferred contact method and your message, plus the time of submission and language. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
Why we use it
We use your details only to answer and follow up on your request and to prepare a suitable proposal. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. This policy covers every iLatif unit: iLatif Tech, iLatif Cyber and iLatif Growth.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in iLatif's internal systems, and our team is notified of new requests through Telegram. We may use AI tools running on our own servers to classify and summarise a request internally; no reply is sent to you without human review.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for the duration of our conversation and work together, then for a reasonable period for follow-up and records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by contacting us by email or WhatsApp.
